My wife and I live in Texas, but two of our Kids live in Broward County. We decided to look for a small home in the area and started working with Kyle weeks before we flew out. I often forgot about the time difference and would call late in the evening and he was always took the call and answered my questions. He was very diligent on locating properties that fit our request. By the time we got to Florida, he had 24 properties for us to see in 3 days. He was very accommodating when it came to our time and schedule. We were able to find a home that was perfect for our needs and made an offer. The seller countered and we were able to come to an agreement. After the closing process started, Kyle was able to get the price renegotiated and saved us some more money. Absolutely the most professional, and pleasant realtor that we have worked with. We went through "Four" different realtors as we were looking to purchase. Fortunately, we were then referred to Kyle. The difference between Kyle and the others, was day and night! He returned every phone call and email on that same day, followed up on every single lead that we were interested in.
